Parley: 4 months

Parley has started giggling and laughing when he gets tickled, he lvoes it!

Poor guy got his first cold this past month.

Parley was laying in his swing while I was getting Brooklyn down for a nap. He was crying and being fussy. Once she was in bed I came and picked him up and sat down. He fell right to sleep! He just wanted some snuggles.

Parley boy tries to sit up ALL THE TIME! He hates laying down all the time, especially if we are up doing something. He wants to see and be a part of it.

Got moved to his own room and sleeps in his own crib!

Parley loves to tell us stories, usually at night right before bedtime. He's already trying to stay up late past bedtime ;)

He is seriously the happiest baby. I don't know how we got so lucky with such great babies!

You would think this kid was teething with how much he drools and with how he's alwasy sucking on his fists!

Parley can get a pretty good grip on mommy's hair!

Parley loves to have his diaper changed. Always has. As soon as I lay him down and start taking his clothes off he just smiles and smiles the whole time. He definetly likes a clean diaper, I don't blame him.

If we are home Parley will take 3 good naps a day and  m aybe a little cat nap. If we are out and about he usually sleeps in his car seat the whole time we're gone!

Parley rolled over for teh first time on 4/12. He rolled from his back to his stomach, which is pretty impressive for his first time rolling over.

Parley loves Brooklyn, he just sits and smiles and giggles at her all the time.

Parley can walk himself around the house in his walker, it is so cute and I love watching him scoot himself around the house.

Parley got to go to the temple for the first time! We got to go to the Jordan River Temple Open House and Parley loved it. Curtis carried him in the baby carrier the whole time and he just looked around like he was amazed!

Parley also went to the park and rode a swing for the first time! I can't believe how much he loved it. It was adorable watching him swing back and forth.

Brooklyn: 2 years 5 months

"Mommy, my bum hurt. I need medicine!" As in she had an eczema patch on her bum and needed some cream on it!

"Brooklyn should we go clean your room?"
"No! I want my room messy!" Can you say SASS?!

Everytime it has snowed Brooklyn gets so excited and yells "It's snowing! Merry Christmas!"

"Brooklyn should we have another baby?"
"Yeah."
"Do you want a brother or a sister?"
"SISTER!"

Brooklyn would much prefer to drink her meals (milk, juice, water) rather than eat them. She will ask for one drink and if I say no she goes to the next and the next, she also does the same with TV shows..

Curtis was blowing raspberries on Brooklyn's belly and she says "Daddy don't fart on me!"

Brooklyn absolutely loves story time at the library. We have been very consistant of going every week since moving to Utah so she has gotten a lot more comfortable with it and will sit with the other kids and play rather than just sitting by me the whole time. It is so fun watching her branch out and be outgoing!

Any time Brooklyn sees a McDonald's she yells FRENCH FRIES! I blame Grandma Patty for that ;)

When we ask Brooklyn who's turn it is to pray she always says My turn! So she has been saying prayers a lot lately and it is so cute! She will usually start them on her own  by saying Heavenly Father and then Curtis or I will help her with the rest.

Brooklyn wants to put her shoes on herself and about 98% of the time she gets them on the right feet!

Brooklyn can count to 10 all by herself!

Brooklyn got to go to her second temple open house. When she was a couple months old she got to go to the Provo City Center Temple and this past weekend we went to the Jordan River Temple. SO BEAUTIFUL.
