30 Weeks

I can't believe how completely opposite this pregnancy has been from Brooklyn's. It has been so nice though and I wish every woman's pregnancy could be as easy as this one has been.

Baby boy moves like crazy! Brooklyn was so lazy and hardly ever moved haha! I'm constantly getting kicked and jabbed and punched, but I love it! I love feeling this little guy move around. His feet are clear up in my ribs and that definitely does not feel very good though ha.

We are 99% sure we know what we are naming baby boy but everyone is going to have to wait until he's born to know :)

Brooklyn still loves kissing my belly and she sure loves her sweet little brother already!

Baby is measuring 2-3 weeks ahead of the dr's due date, which is my original due date.. even though they won't change my due date back. The dr. said he would induce me at 39 weeks though, but we're hoping he comes earlier ;) Baby boy was measuring 3 lbs 10 oz at my 29 week ultrasound which puts him in the 80th percentile!

Brooklyn: 1 year 10 months

Brooklyn is a very polite girl and will say "thank you" without even being told too. She can't say "you're welcome" yet so if we say thank you to her she will just say thank you back!

"Mommy you doin' alright?"
"Yeah, I'm doin' alright."
"Daddy you doin' alright?"
"Yeah, I'm doin' alright."
"YEAH! We're doin' alright!"
A super fun conversation we had with Brooklyn in the car. Now on the daily she will ask us if we're doin' alright.

Brooklyn loves to pretend that she is sick. She will fake cough and rub her nose so we will give her a Kleenex so she can then wipe her nose. It's so funny.

This little girl has definitely hit the WHY stage and sometimes it can get very frustrating to answer why to everything!

Brooklyn was dancing for Curtis and I and we were clapping for her and then she bowed and I about died! She was watching a show the other day and they had a talent show and the kids bowed at the end, Brooklyn certainly pays attention to things. Honestly though, watching an almost 2 year old bow at the end of their dance has got to be the most adorable thing ever!

Brooklyn went to her first fair and rodeo! She loved it and I can't wait to take her to more!

August '17 in Review

We got an apartment!!! That is probably the biggest thing that has happened this month ha! Our stuff has been in storage for over a year and it was like Christmas day being able to inbox all of my stuff and put it all away! We are excited to call this little apartment home and grow our family in it! Brooklyn did great with the move and is loving her new home! Her favorite part is going out on the balcony to play, and every morning she goes out there to save bye to daddy when he leaves for work! It's the cutest thing.

We spent the first two weeks of August in Nevada with my family! We had so much fun spending time with family and visiting friends!

Curtis and I went to Utah for the day for his 5 year class reunion! It was fun meeting some of the kids he went to senior year with!

We've been swimming a lot this month and Brooklyn is starting to float and kick her legs and paddle her arms. It's so cute watching her learn new things all the time.

Brooklyn and I got pedicures with Alex and Patty. Such a fun girls afternoon, with little Beckett too of course!

We took Brooklyn to her fair and rodeo! She loves looking at and letting all of the animals. I do hope we can have a farm one day! Animals are the best and Brooklyn just loves them. She was glued to the arena during the bareback riding, she probably thought those guys were crazy!

Spent an afternoon celebrating Beckett at his first birthday party! It was such a cute rodeo theme and we all had so much fun!

Taught our last primary lesson before we start going to our new ward. That class has been a handful and sometimes more crazy than fun but we enjoyed it and I learned so much being their teacher.
